Join us for this exclusive event with Chef Allen, one of this country's leading chefs. His Miami landmark restaurant, Chef Allen's, established in 1986 was recognized as having been one of the finest dining establishments in the U.S. Chef Allen will create and demonstrate a unique menu that will be prepared and served by students of the FIU Advanced Food Service Management Class in the beautiful Bayfront Dining Room at FIU Biscayne Bay Campus in North Miami.
Cost: $45.00 per person for JMOF-FIU Members at the $125 level and above. Reservations on a first-come-first served basis. Seating limited to 70 guests.
