Event information

The Italian opera Nabucco, by Verdi, captures the plight of the Jews’ exile from their homeland by the Babylonian King Nabucco (Nebuchadnezzar). This story represents the voices of all exiles. Members of the Florida Grand Opera will preview of Nabucco, followed by South Florida community leaders sharing their stories of exile and its effect on Miami’s diverse, yet connected, communities. Program includes light reception.
